On August 9, the central square of Zheleznodorozhnikov Park at Uzlovaya was overcrowded.

A "Big Race" area featuring an obstacle course for the daredevils is located close to the fountain. A medal is awarded to every finisher!

Family Corners are behind the site: people are busy with engineering tasks, building a tiny version of a genuine factory out of a construction set, making signature burgers with Sloboda sauces, and decorating an art object with a plan of the future factory. All organized for locals to become familiar with the newly constructed Tula food processing plant. This will be one of Russia's biggest mayonnaise production facilities when the first phase is commissioned in September.

In addition to welders, fitters, equipment adjusters, milling machine operators, and other professionals, the company is presently recruiting staff.

Over a hundred people expressed interest in working for EFKO at the festival, but recruitment continues. A complete list of open positions and the contact information is already on the plant's website.

It was the second festival "Sloboda": Saying "Yes" to the future, organized in the Tula region! There are still a lot of interesting things ahead!
