Bright Notes to EFKO FOOD Expo at GASTREET-2024

Five thousand participants, five hundred business owners, ten thematic educational platforms, and endless opportunities for networking, learning, and sharing experiences. Restaurateurs, chefs and hoteliers, winemakers and sommeliers, experts in the bar and coffee industries, and top suppliers from all over the country convened at Krasnaya Polyana for the ninth festival GASTREET-2024. EFKO FOOD also participated and became a partner of the gastronomic festival for the fourth time.

Non-stop culinary master classes, a dance flash mob to Justin Timberlake's hits, and making a real painting – team by the HoReCa division showed the guests of the culinary show a genuine palette of tastes and impressions. Each dish cooked by the chefs turned from an experiment into a true piece of art, from which a gastronomic exposition might be made.

One of the masterpieces represents the style of culinary avant-garde – udon noodles with plant-based meatballs HiBalls and teriyaki sauce. "The canvas" of the Mediterranean Renaissance is the scallop salad with sweet'n'sour dressing. Still life against a mountain backdrop – a burger with plant-based Hi! meat – real burger futurism!

"Are you serious, there's not a gram of meat here? You're kidding!" – Marina who is on GASTREET for the first time is genuinely surprised. "This is something incredible!"

"That is Hi! Chops, nuggets, and especially pelmeni are a real masterpiece!" – Oksana, a fan of the Hi! brand, seems to have a knack for art.

Our chefs experimented not only with recipes but also with ingredients – EFKO FOOD sauces added a vibrant element to foods, drawing attention to their taste.

Those who have tried feedback that it was most savory.

"Vegan cheese is my personal top! Delicate cheese flavor – I do love it!" – Elena, a festival guest, didn't bottle her emotions.

"First time trying sweet and sour sauce. I will say as a chef: a very cool combination of ingredients!" – expert opinion by Yaroslav is very important for our technologists.

"I prefer the classics: ketchup, mayonnaise. This is the base you can use to create signature sauces and marinades," – it is difficult to argue with Aleksey.

Almost the entire range of sauce lines – Classic, Professional, and Special – was presented at the gastronomic show. It's now 15 sauces, including three recent new products: cocktail sauce, cheese special, and ketchup. In June, the HoReCa division is ready to present another novelty, and the taste palette will grow even more varied. A true inspiration for professionals!

"This year's brand concept is 'The Whole Palette of Tastes.' EFKO FOOD's line of sauces is so wide, bright, and diverse that it can be compared to an artist's palette. But the artists are not portraitists and painters, but chefs and restaurateurs.

The choice of the concept was non-random. This is the third year we've been on the sauce issue, and the deeper we dive into it, the more sauces we discover. This year we introduced several new products and launched sauces in individual packaging – dip pots. This is very relevant for such a fast-growing segment as street food. We continue to offer our customers truly delicious and functional products that will make any dish a masterpiece."
