Owing to its distinctive composition and production technology, it is not only very similar to cocoa butter but also exceeds it in certain parameters. For instance, it has a faster crystallization rate, prolongs shelf life, and preserves the appealing look of products.
Ecomuls DMG60 food additive emulsifier was given Innovation in Technology and Product Composition award. It helps stabilize the emulsion, maintains the product's consistency, and extends the freshness of baked goods.
