By the decision of EFKO Board of Directors, Rostislav Kovalevsky became the holder of EFKO's shares.

Rostislav is 32 years old. He was born and raised in Voronezh. He graduated from Voronezh State University, later from the University of Vienna. Holds a degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

He started his career at EFKO after graduation, in 2013 he was employed as an analyst of the oleochemistry division. He was responsible for launching and tuning business processes of the company's production site in Kazakhstan, as well as two commercial divisions: the Efficient Feed Division and HoReCa.

Rostislav was directly involved into implementation of more than 20 innovative R&D projects, including plant-based alternatives to meat and milk under the Hi! brand, vegetable oil produced by microorganisms, and others.

Since 2019, he has been responsible for the entire contour of managing biotechnologies – he was at the origins of one of the basic laboratories of Biruch IC. Today he is engaged in interaction with the scientific community, coordinates the activities of the Fuel for Growth corporate venture fund (capitalization – 50 million USD) and is actively developing projects of the fund's headquarters in the UAE.
