Science and corporate management overlap in many areas. Young talents require genuine projects that transform the world. Business needs leaders able to manage these projects.
In collaboration with the Higher School of Economics, we started a program that integrates all the above: as part of establishing an R&D center for developing and implementing new robotics technologies, a practice-focused module has been launched. Twenty-five HSE students who successfully passed the competitive selection were offered the chance to learn management fundamentals from the Board Chairman and the Innovation Director at EFKO.
Students will learn EFKO’s best practices in marketing and sociological research, human resources management, models for application of artificial intelligence in business, and the development of management systems under the direct supervision of the company’s senior executives.
“At EFKO, we focus on young talent: we have experience in shaping employees from promising and talented newcomers to leaders of innovative business sectors. We’re eager to share this experience and help students master management competencies quickly and effectively. The Higher School of Economics is one of the best domestic universities. Our choice of partner was obvious. We are hopeful of seeing the project’s primary results soon.”
Rostislav Kovalevsky, EFKO Innovation Director
“This project represents a unique case in HSE’s history, where an industrial partner is not merely commissioning research or sponsoring grants for students and faculty but providing a systemic and comprehensive initiative aimed at the future. It’s about nurturing professionals. I believe this is an investment in the country’s future.”
Leonid Gokhberg, First Vice Rector of the Higher School of Economics
