"Filling Station" by EFKO FOOD at Gastreet-2025

Five thousand participants, five hundred business owners, eight thematic educational platforms, and dozens of lectures by HoReCa experts. This marks the 10th anniversary of the Gastreet-2025 gastronomic festival at Krasnaya Polyana.

Traditionally, owners, managers, chefs, hoteliers, winemakers, baristas, and suppliers from across the country gathered at an elevation of 960.

No doubt, EFKO FOOD couldn't miss this event. And in the very heart of the festival, on the street food square, they opened a real filling station! Nothing like this has ever happened at Gastreet before!

"This year we have an unusual stand concept. We've been "filling" dishes in restaurants all over the country for several years now. We are constantly elaborating on the EFKO FOOD line of sauces. Now it includes 15 items that enhance the flavor of a diverse range of products.

But at the festival, we "fill" not only the dishes! The schedule is packed, and the participants need "fuel" too: food that will help replenish their energy and boost their mood, so they can continue sharing ideas and finding new partners. We offer something for every preference!

"Fabulous eggplants" with tomatoes and cilantro or crispy "Drive wings"? "Summer antifreeze" aka refreshing gazpacho, or a light salad? Or maybe "Octane Balls," glazed plant-based HiBalls? The variety of flavors is so vast that you just have to try them!

"I do love eggplants. I spotted them at the EFKO FOOD stand and instantly decided to try," festival guest Adelina said. "They come with tomatoes and a delightful sauce. It complements vegetables perfectly. The taste is bright but balanced. Just the bomb!"

"I got the plant-based meatballs in barbecue sauce. It’s delicious! I'm generally a meat lover, and I tried the dish simply out of curiosity. I didn't even expect to like it so much. I highly recommend it. The fascinating thing is that if you're unaware, you can't distinguish it from meat!" – Nadezhda exclaims in surprise.

Another Hi! item that is on the Gastreet-2025 menu is HiSlice. It appeared quite recently.

"At the festival, we offered guests a salad and a bowl with vegetable slices. This is practically exclusive. We started production at the request of customers who have been dealing with our plant-based meat for a long time. HiSlice has a texture similar to that of chicken, but unlike other Hi! products, they do not have a strong flavor. The thing about HiSlice is that it takes on the taste of the seasonings and sauces with which they are mixed. Due to this, it can easily be integrated into any dish. They should be soaked in broth before cooking. At this point, you can enhance the flavor by making the broth rich, with either a mushroom or vegetable taste. This provides chefs with a room to experiment!"
