Sweet proteins, a healthy alternative to sugar, may become key in solving this problem. They are found in some fruits of the equatorial belt. Our task is to develop technologies that will make sweet proteins available to the general public.

Technologies for development of cellular nutrition are based not on the idea of changing the cell's structure, but on the desire to deeply study and understand the nature of the cell and the processes occurring at the level of inter-cellular interaction. This approach will allow us to develop nutrition that can increase people's life expectancy and fundamentally improve the quality of living.
