EFKO Group is in TOP-3 the Largest Food Industry companies in Russia
10 October 2017, Russia – EFKO Group became one of the three largest Food Industry companies in Russia considering the total sales’ volume, as reported by the Rating Agency RAEX (Expert RA). Following the results of 2016, the Group’s total revenue is 106.9 billion roubles.
The largest credit Rating Agency in Russia - «Expert RA» (RAEX) - has published the rating of the largest companies of Russia by sales volume – RAEX-600.
To date, the RAEX-600 rating is the most comprehensive list of domestic corporations acknowledged both in Russia and abroad. The basic aim of the project is to assess contribution of large businesses to the development of the country’s economy.
The rankings are based on the annual sales volume of products and services EFKO Group took the 111th place in RAEX-600 the largest companies in Russia, having improved for 24 positions.
Moreover, EFKO has entered TOP-3 the Largest Food Industry companies in Russia. The company was on the 6th place of a rating «Top-10 Russian Food Industry Leaders in terms of the sales revenues» a year earlier.
The EFKO Group’s consolidated revenue totaled 106.9 billion roubles in 2016. The revenue growth is 31%, what is better than a sum-total growth of the largest companies in this rating more than fivefold. In addition, it is the record growth rates of a revenue in the food industry rating.
According to the results of 2016, EFKO Group leads the food ingredients market, providing food industry, and a non-GMO soybean processing; the 2nd company in the mayonnaise market as well as the 2nd sunflower seeds processor; the company holds the 3rd place in the export of sunflower oil in bulk, and the 4th place in the bottled vegetable oils market. EFKO is 5th ketchup manufacturer and 6th yogurt manufacturer among the biggest federal companies.
