Hiburger Tour Is Back! 11 July 2022
Second Healthy Innovation Green Tour

In late 2021 five Russian cities participated in the Hiburger Tour – Healthy Innovation's big green tour.

Thanks to the project, thousands of people tried plant-based Hi! burgers and milk for free and learned first-hand that plant-based food is not only healthy but also tasty.

All the while, we have been receiving reports that people can't wait for the return of the tour.
And now a branded food truck with Food of the Future will set off for three Russian cities.
First up is Voronezh – from 16 to 17 July in Dinamo Park.

Then two more cities will follow every two weeks. Look for updates on Hi! social media pages. Subscribe so you won't miss anything!

What's in store during the second season of the Hiburger Tour?

A new design of the foot truck – on the outside.

More delicious plant-based burgers – on the inside.

Instead of coffee, there is a healthy version of a summer cocktail – banana & strawberry smoothie with Hi! milk.
For dessert, there are plant-based yogurts.

Why is this project crucial for us?

First, it is a chance to get to know the audience. Anyone who had doubts can try plant-based meat and milk, and it's all free of charge.

Second, we were inspired by feedback from the first Hiburger Tour. This project is more than just a tasting event. It is part of the green movement. If someone likes the taste of plant-based alternatives, the next day they can make them part of their diet on their own. You can always find out where to buy or try Hi! in a special section of the Hi-Food website

FOR REFERENCE
The Russian market for plant-based alternatives to dairy and meat products is growing. According to NielsenIQ, for the year to October 2021 sales of these alternatives rose 19% by volume and 18% by value. Euromonitor International estimates sales at RUB 10.6 billion in 2021 and RUB 12 billion in 2022. The Alternative Food Manufacturers Association expects sales to rise 20–25% in 2022 – to RUB 15.5 billion.
