Forbes has published its fourth list of Russia's best employers. The list includes 118 companies. Seventeen of them comprise the ‘platinum’ group with the best performance in each of the three main components of the rating. EFKO was the only local consumer goods manufacturer among the leading companies.
Companies had to provide data on more than 80 parameters to participate. From headcount and revenue to expenditure on staff training, emissions and environmental footprint, gender composition of the board and investment in green projects. Most of the results are trends for the past few years.
Forms were evaluated based on three basic components: employees and society, corporate governance and environment. Also, experts focused on social benefits beyond the usual benefits package.
‘It's a pleasure to be in such company. Moreover, only Unilever and we are the only food companies on the “platinum” list.
‘What does it mean to us to be a good employer? It means fair social benefits, decent working conditions, corporate culture and business practices that help build a sustainable healthy future.’
